These terms cover CitedFor (citedfor.com), 605 W 9th Street, Unit #4127, Austin, TX 78701 ("we"). By paying for the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@citedfor.com.
Per-client monthly tracking of what AI assistants (ChatGPT search, Gemini and Perplexity, through their APIs) say in your client's market, the listing and website work described on our offer page, and an unbranded report you may send as your own. Free samples are provided as they are, at no charge, and you may use them whether or not you buy.
The price is shown on the offer page before you pay (per client, per month). It is charged in US dollars, monthly, through Razorpay, until you cancel. If an automatic monthly charge cannot be set up, we may instead charge the first month once and invoice later months; we will tell you before any later charge.
Cancel any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@citedfor.com. We stop future charges the same business day. Months already paid are not prorated. If we did not deliver the work described for a paid month, tell us and we will refund that month.
Nobody controls what an AI assistant says. We do not guarantee that you (or your clients) will be named, ranked or recommended by any AI engine. We commit to the work described and to honest measurement.
You give us the access we ask for (for example, manager access to a business listing) and approve any medical, legal or other regulated wording before it is published. You are responsible for what is published on your own channels.
Reports and pages we write for you are yours to use once paid for. Our tools and methods stay ours.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version, and changes do not apply to months already paid.
